I had an appointment at the service department for my S class and when i tried to park the guard/portar was extremely rude to me,basically degrading me because i didnt see the parking lot sign ( I did,but it is behind Mitsubishi...across from Mercedes,so apparently this is the designated parking lot) Once inside the service representative (Sebastian) looked annoyed that he had to help and barely answered my questions all while never looking me in the eye,just anywhere else.And i was as nice as humanly possible with everyone,because i'm Canadian and a normal human being.Overall,quite a bad experience...i wouldnt buy a car from them
Friendly car service, but very unfriendly sales area. The woman at the reception desk is way too ocupied by taking care of her nails instead of greeting the clients and offering help or information. The salesmen behave like they feel harassed by the clients...
I went to them with a Smart, because I didn't have enough power. They said the problem is from clutches and I have to change it. So to fix that problem I gave 700-800 euros (not to them that only cost the piece). The problem has not been solved or improved at all. So I went to a guy with a garage and in 2 hours the car went perfectly. It was from EGR, something classic and I only paid 100 euros.
I phoned to get a Mercedes Me adapter. The lady that picked up was incredibly rude and condescending for asking what the procedure was. I hung up and i called again, asking for the same thing, asked her to explain the procedure, this time she was 50% less condescending so i waited to be transferred , the call went on for maybe 30 seconds? Nobody picked up from the service department and when the call went back to her, the call was hung up.
Is this the customer service that Mercedes Europe thrives to show to their customers? I have always serviced my car regularly at Mercedes dealerships and this is how you get treated after spending money on the car and servicing.
People here are welcoming and nice. They take care of you whatever you may need and make you feel welcomed. A great place to come and find a helpful hand if you need a car.

For service, beware of long scheduling times.
I`m trying to get a service booking for over a week now, literally every day now. The front lady is redirecting to a line nobody is answering. I`m thinking about calling Mercedes Benz, how can this be happening on a premium brand.
